How Do I book?

You can either book online on our website via Hotdoc bookings, call our reception during business hours, or simply walk-in. We recommend booking ahead and registering online to reduce any delays on arrival.

Which doctor will I see at the clinic?

You will be seen by one of our local qualified GPs to manage your medical condition and/or clinical requests.

When are you open? Do you take walk-ins?

We are open currently from 6:00pm to 10:00pm daily. If you can’t book ahead of time, you’re welcome to walk in and we’ll fit you in.

We are located within the Cat and Claudia’s Pharmacy on the corner of Bay Street and Francis Street

How much will it cost?

This is a fully private clinic, and a standard consultation will have the usual fee of $89. Longer appointments are available.

What about my local GP?

We may write back to your GP to ensure continuity of your care if you request this. We believe working together to enhance outcomes for you.

Can I access the service through telehealth? Medicine Delivery?

Yes telehealth is available. We can conduct a consultation via telephone or video-chat if this is needed. Your scripts may be processed in your local area and delivered if needed (mention this at your consultation if needed)
